TARMAI Terms of Service

Service Agreement for TARMAI 

This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between TARMAI (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and the users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") of the AI aggregation website, TARMAI. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of AI drawing, AI chat, and AI tool services by the Service Provider to the Users.

1. Scope of Services:

1.1 AI Drawing: The Service Provider shall provide Users with an AI-powered drawing tool that assists in creating digital artwork, generating creative suggestions, and enhancing artistic skills.

1.2 AI Chat: The Service Provider shall offer Users an AI chatbot that engages in interactive conversations, provides information, and assists with various inquiries related to AI technology.

1.3 AI Tools: The Service Provider shall provide Users with a range of AI-powered tools designed to simplify tasks, enhance productivity, and facilitate creative processes.

2. User Obligations:

2.1 Account Registration: Users must create an account on TARMAI to access the services. The Users shall provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the services provided by TARMAI.

2.3 Responsible Usage: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activities conducted under their account.

2.4 Prohibited Activities: Users shall not engage in any activities that may disrupt the functioning of TARMAI, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or violate any laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

3.1 User Content: Users retain ownership of the content they create using the AI drawing tool or any other services provided by TARMAI.

3.2 Service Provider's Rights: The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights related to the AI algorithms, software, and any other proprietary technology used to provide the services.

4. Privacy and Data Protection:

4.1 Data Collection: The Service Provider may collect and process personal data of Users in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

4.2 Data Usage: The Service Provider shall use the collected data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services offered by TARMAI.

4.3 Data Security: The Service Provider shall implement reasonable security measures to protect the personal data of Users from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

5. Limitation of Liability:

5.1 Service Availability: The Service Provider shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the services. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the services due to factors beyond its control.

5.2 Indirect Damages: The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services.

5.3 Third-Party Services: The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred by Users while using third-party services or products recommended or integrated with TARMAI.

6. Termination:

6.1 User Termination: Users may terminate their account and discontinue using the services at any time.

6.2 Service Provider Termination: The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in case of violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Amendments:

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services after the modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

By using the services provided by TARMAI, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement.
